Rub the solid lotion bar onto your skin. The contact with your skin will start to melt the bar. You can rub between your hands, or rub it directly onto are that needs attention, such as elbows and feet. At first, the lotion may feel a little "heavy" "thick" or "waxy". This is normal. These bars contain beeswax to help solidify the lotion bar and to lock all of those wonderful ingredients onto your skin. Give it a few days of use. You will not be disappointed.
